Any idea from which file or tables we area getting this report?
I can try to modify those files or tables.
I'll second this. We also need to add additional items to the report dashbaord and can't find any info on what tables to modify to make it happen.
I third this. We are attempting to avoid using metrics from our call center software, as the data in our osTicket database would suffice, but I do not see any way to modify the existing reports to glean what we need. Having the ability to modify the dashboard would be extremely helpful if anyone could point us in the right direction. Thanks!
