I hope you can help, I have been receiving a 500 error page from the user after submitting a new ticket. The ticket still goes thorough but the thank you page does not pop up . hope this is enough information
this is the error I got

once the user submits a ticket this page shows up
I think that you will want to look at your Apache error logs and see if there is anything there.
Or if you are running something like mod_security or SELinux those logs.
ntozier unfortunately we are running IIS so their is none of those you mentioned above but I did receive this error on the php error log. I changed our IP address to X.
not sure if this can be solved..
