Cron Job not working

Hi everyone,

I'm using OST 1.7

My current issue is that I cannot get OST to receive emails (poll) from my exchange server. I have have cron.php (cron-job) setup and installed per the instructions. I wait 10, 20, 45 min and still no emails arrive.

The only way I can get OST to retrieve emails is to enable "Poll on auto-cron" but it says not recommended and it doesn't seem to pull emails reliably - sometimes they come in fast, other times there is a 4 min delay.

Is there a way I can test if my cron.php is working? Or is it just fine to use the Poll on Auto-cron" and leave everything alone? any thoughts or advice is appreciated.

I'm not sure how you can post that you have the same problem when 1. the problem was never solved and 2. was never properly explained how it was setup in the first place.

Please post your own thread, with your specific setups details.
