Mail fetching suddenly bugged

Hi,

mail fetching has worked fine for me until today.

Now the only thing that the tickets have in their body is: <html

The mail subject is still used as ticket title but the body is empty except for "<html".

Has anyone had this problem before?

I found out it mainly happens when mails are sent via outlook but i still dont know how to fix this...

Ok, so if anyone ever runs into this problem, here is what was causing it:

I changed to "Reply Seperator Tag" to just one "-" because i wanted it to be language neutral.
But this apparently stopped the quote replay stripping from working properly.

So i changed the aeparator tag to "-- --" and now its working again.
