After Upgrade to 1.14.1 Tickets shown directly after Log-in only

After I have upgraded to 1.14.1 everything looks normal directly after Log-in, but when switching to page 2 or more, no Tickets are shown.
It is possible to open one Ticket from page 1, but when I close it again, no open Tickets are shown any more.
But when switching to "My Tickets", all my Tickets are shown. That is the same with all agents.

Sometimes the Counter shows no numbers at Open Tickets, unanswered Tickets and answered Tickets, sometimes it shows the correct numbers, but no Tickets.
After Log-out and Log-in again, everything is ok as first described with page 1 and 1 Ticket.

OSTicket 1.14.1, PHP7.3 (but tested with lower Versions as well), My-Sql 5.7

I have the same issue with 1.14.2 and it doesn't matter which browser I use.

What happens when you click on Open and then go to page 2?
I had it where I would log in, go to Page 2 and then nothing would show. It would still say like 2-5 pages at the bottom but no tickets. I found that a search was still affecting my view and that I had to go back to Open to see everything. It did persist after log out.

I only have 2 open tickets at the moment so I don't have a page two.

But I click on open and it shows nothing.

I did find a work around. If I create a personal queue with the following settings

I can view my open tickets like I would normally.
