I have received the following screen. I do not want to do any upgrade. Is there a way to disable the upgrade and prevent it from happening again?

Hi, are you using a WebPanel from where you installed OsTicket?
Seems something has upgraded OsTicket for you.

This is an existing install that I did while back and started to upgrade by itself for some reason. I am not aware of any webpanel. I just want it to go back to how it was.

laserdevil I don't think OsTicket auto update itself.
    Have you tried incognito mode?

From my experience never see OsTicket update himself, usually you can set this by a cron or in a web panel where the installation can be managed.

I don't have any idea why you found that page without have made an update. Sorry...
Just replied for suggest to check there is no something else that you or someone else has set up for auto upgrade the application.

osTicket does not "auto update itself" Someone has to do the upgrade.

    19 days later

    I did not upgrade anyway.
Now I have a problem with time. After reading a lot of posts, it seems like somehow my time is off and it is locking me so I cannot add notes to the ticket. I get this screen - https://prnt.sc/szsiss

When I click on "renew", I get this https://prnt.sc/szsjh0
Below shows my time info from PHP and the link server.

    php > echo date("Y-m-d H:i:s");
    2020-06-15 02:38:55
    php > exit
    jt2k1r3q8en1@a2plcpnl0316 [/public_html/ticket.routvox.com]$ date
    Sun Jun 14 19:38:59 MST 2020

My osticket time setting is this - https://prnt.sc/szsk9v
My osticket picked up the following time - https://prnt.sc/szskw4, which matches the time on my Linux box.

Can you point me to a post that people get the error message with "The lock you hold on this ticket will expire soon. Would you like to renew the lock?" when upgrading to 1.14.2?
