Ubuntu 20.04 - installed +1 language file, not working but displayed.

Hey everyone !
Fresh Ubuntu 20.04 LT installed on a VMWare, PHP version 7.4 etc... everything fresh and clean. I wanted to install the Hungarian language pack next to English, its displayed in settings, the flag is visible and clickable in the ticket submit page, but does nothing.

I installed the pack like this: downloaded the language file in windows-chrome, copied the link from download manager.
Downloaded the file in ubuntu with curl -O https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.osticket.com/lang/1.14.x/hu.phar?response-content-disposition=attachment%3B%20filename%3Dhu.phar&AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAIIYNNTPTQ5Z447SA&Expires=1589977479&Signature=Wy9s0Nes45235otLh1%2BpTsJQMzE%3D
and just put it into the incude/il8n - no folder nothing, just popped in.

I didnt find any guide for linux so improvized, if there is an other and correct way, pls show it 😃

My apologies I missed this. osTicket does not support PHP 7.4. Please downgrade to 7.3.

Did you go to Admin panel -> Settings -> System
System Languages and add the language?

Did you go to Agent panel -> Profile
Click on Preferences tab
and set Preferred Language?

ntozier yes, and also moved up Hungarian with the arrows, I even tried to set it as primary .(everything still English)

hmm. did you clear your web browser cache?

Check the PHP error log?
Are you running anything like mod_security or SELinux?

Well, the osticket_error.log only spamming this. :

I dont run mod sec and selinux.

Sorry for a lot of trouble. Downgraded to :
v7.3.18-1+ubuntu20.04.1
Its now a little bit worse (did apache and server restart btw), I still see both ENG and HU language in settings, and at the ticket submit site I can see both national flags. BUT, they changed and the first was the one I clicked on before. Now they arent switching. www.url.com//?lang=hu loads the english page.
Tried in Edge, Explorer 11 and Chrome.
Shoud I try older Ubuntu dist? Debian ?
Edit: And in the meantime, I configured everything, all function working, all config and premissions to new users are good, email notifactions etc. Just this...

Please don't download via S3 link...instead, download directly from our website and use FTP or something to put the file on the server. If you still have issues after this let us know.

Note:
I tested this using PHP 7.4 and osTicket v1.14.2 and Hungarian works just fine.

Did you try this command when switching versions?

sudo update-alternatives --config php

You'll need other versions of php installed before that will be an option.
