"Validation errors exist on criteria"

I'm trying to create a parent queue with just the requirement being that the ticket is closed/open, but when I create the queue I receive an error saying "Validation errors exist on criteria", and then the queue automatically updates itself saying that the Create Date must have a value and SLA Due Date must have a value. Here's a picture of the error:

Has anyone experienced this before?

You are missing a valuable piece of info mate...the screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. In order to better assist, we need to see what osTicket version you are running, what PHP version you are running, etc.

Just looking at the screenshot it appears you are missing TicketStatus / Status Name criteria. In the screenshot it appears to be Status Name in () where is should be like Status Name in (Status Name 1, Status Name 2).

I also encountered this problem. If I try to save the search, the error "Validation errors exist on criteria" appears, although the necessary criteria are selected.
But if I click the search button, the search works well, only I can't change the set of columns. Please help me solve the problem.

Here are the parameters of my system:
OsTicket v1. 14. 2 (cba6035) - Latest version
Apache Web Server SOFTWARE
The MySQL Version 5.5.62
PHP version 5.6.40
