"Mark as Unanswered" doesn't work

I'm using osTicket 1.14.2.
When I pick "Mark as Unanswered" from the gear menu at the top of a ticket, I get a blank white popup box with nothing in it. Nothing works except to hit ESC to close the empty dialog. The ticket is not marked as unanswered.

It sounds like your web server is not handling AJAX requests properly.

I'm pretty sure AJAX is working in general (but I'll defer to your expertise on that) because several other commands (such as adding new collaborators) also use the same type of dialog box and those seem to work okay. This is the only command I've run across that produces this behavior.

Here's what I get when I pick "Mark as Unanswered":

Oh, I thought I mentioned in the first post, but I guess I didn't, there is no output in the javascript console or in the server's error log.

You will need to check your Apache error logs and PHP error logs, as there appears to be a fatal error somewhere.

As I stated in the comment immediately previous to yours, I've checked those already and there is no errors in the logs.

However, I just randomly ran across that the "all access" role did not have the "Mark as Answered" permission enabled, and after enabling that permission, it works fine. Which means the bug is that the UI was failing to tell me I didn't have permission.
