Timestamp error on printed tickets

I'm having a problem when printing tickets. The PDF that is generated has the wrong timestamp on the header and the footer. I just setup a new centos 6 server for testing, using the latest php version of 7.3.18, my server time is correct, I'm pacific time, so under System/Settings, it is set to America / Los Angeles. I've also set my php.ini to date.timezone = America/Los_Angeles and reset apache, which did nothing.

Forgive me if a fix for this has been covered. I've searched but have been unable to resolve the error, even on a brand new server.

I solved this error changing the files ticket-print.tmpl.php on folders include/client/templates and include/staff/templates.
I replaced the lines that print the date on head and footer with the next:
<?php $mydate = Misc::gmtime() + timezone_offset_get(new DateTimeZone('Europe/Madrid'), new DateTime());echo Format::daydatetime($mydate); ?>
Here you must use your timezone, in my case Europe/Madrid
