Is there a way to remove the Internal Notes Title requirement. I want to be able to have Agents post internal notes, but we dont have a requirement to have a Note Title. I could have sworn I saw an option for it but searching the forums here seems to point that its in one of the PHP files, but I cant seem to find it.
