Hello! I am starting to use this wonderful system. But there are some difficulties.
Our configuration

Option "Agent Identify Masking" is ON

And it's work in customers area:

But if I use in email templates ticket.thread.complete or ticket.thread.complete.reversed, agent name is shown for customer in email:

I was searching for information but all about older versions and not exactly about it.
Please help and describe how can I hide agent name in email thread.

Thank you for the report. This appears to be an issue where we don’t respect the setting when using the full thread variable. I will make a patch and update this thread once complete.
