Declaracion de variables? declaration of variables?

Can someone tell me where I declare the variables of the forms? when I try to modify the ticket-print.tmpl.php file and add the one already generated variable in the database; it does not appear. I would believe that the variable is not declared.

Alguien me puede decir en donde declaro las variables de los formularios? cuando intento modificar el archivo ticket-print.tmpl.php y añadir la una variable ya generada en la base de datos; esta no aparece. creeria que la variable no esta declarada.

You can declare Email Template Variables in Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates.
You can also use them in canned responses Agent panel -> Knowledge Base -> Canned Responses

ntozier thanks for your answer. my intention is to bring a variable that was created with the name of cedula and print it in the pdf. for that I modify the file print.tmpl.php and try to invoke getcedula but it doesn't work. does not bring any info and the pdf print is damaged.

gracias por tu respuesta. mi intención es traer una variable que se creo con el nombre de cedula e imprimirla en el pdf. para eso modifico el archivo print.tmpl.php e intento invocarla getcedula pero no funciona. no trae ninguna info y se daña la impresion en pdf.

You would have to code your own function to fetch that data before you try to use a non-existent function.

I understand, but there is some way to see where I can declare that variable, some specific file where those variables are stored, I mean the ones that by default exist in osticket.

Entiendo, pero hay alguna forma de ver en donde puedo declarar esa variable, algun archivo en especifico en donde se almacenen esas variables, me refiero a las que por defecto existen en osticket.
