The guys from 1and1 are sending my Osticket emails from their "bad" email server and the emails end up being blocked by spamhaus without being able to reach the recipient.

1and1 support asks me for an example outgoing email sent from Osticket to get the header information and include me in its white list. ** I am asked for an example eml file **.

I have been unable to find the folder where Osticket places outgoing emails. Where can I find the location of the eml or msg files of the sent emails?

What you are asking for does not exist. osTicket sends email in real time and does not store them anywhere.

I'd say simply send yourself an email via the ticket system by opening a ticket. (you could try sending to a gmail account) If that doesn't work because spamhaus is blocking it at their email server I would think that they should be able to look at emails in their own server.
