I'm testing this platform do manage ticket entries but I cannot figure out why I can't create a ticket by email !!
I mean, send email to platform and ticket is created, all seems configured correctly (imap/smtp servers) however is not working, could some one give me any help on this, please.
I 'm running 1.14.2 version
I have several logs with this message: "Unable to email via php mail function"
I can't find any solution to this behavior...
