Hi all,
we were running a quite old version of osTicket for long time and recently upgraded to 1.12 and then to 1.14. Since upgrade to 1.14 with the new "queues" I have a problem that I can't fix by myself.
We have three departments, 1st Level, 2nd Level, 3rd Level. We have a user that has primary department "1st Level" and no other access. In "open queue" and "answered queue" he sees tickets from 2nd Level and I don't understand why. In "closed queue" no 2nd Level tickets are visible.
My own user has primary department "2nd Level" and I don't see 1st Level tickets in open, answered or closed queue. In the Admin area I have three queues ("Offen" (open), "Beantwortet" (answered), "Geschlossen" (closed)). I think there is any error in the configuration but unfortunately I don't see where the Problem is.
