I want to add an extra field hidden for the guest but visible for the admin/agents and it has to be filled in by the admin.
In the Manage - Forms I added a field (customer ID) on the registration form.
I cannot find it anywhere back.

There is no "Registration Form" so we would have no way of knowing where you added it.
Default forms are:
Task Details
Company Information
Organization Information
Ticket Details
Contact Information
Contact information is the one.
That form is used to add the extra data to the created ticket.
If that person is already regd then it will be used that data.
With that data I wish to add the unique cliënt number what the cliënt doesn't know in that we have to fill it in ourself.
Agent Panel -> Users.
Search for user.
Click on User.
Click on the User again.
Populate new field.
In my instance I added "Title"
That's the answer what I whas looking for.
