I'm opening ticket via API and it's working perfectly. the ticket is generated .... all right

but does not send an automatic response with the ticket number to the customer.

What could be happening .... some configuration?

Does opening a ticket via UI send the email?
How do you have email configured?
HAve you checked the error logs?
