Sorry for the late reply, I didn't get a notification.
Screenshots? Is my description not clear enough?
To reproduce, login to Osticket as admin, create a faq page.
Go back to the faq, edit the faq page. When the editor is open, the change is visible.
When you visit the faq page normally (or as guest), the old text is present, changes are not saved.
So you login as admin again, click edit on the page, and... huh? The changes you made are there? So why aren't they transferred to the "live" page?
I wouldn't know how I should create screenshots for this..
Let's give it a try.
This is what you see as visitor on a certain faq page, mind the "1 maand" where the arrow points. I have already changed that text in the faq.
Oke, now I use the edit FAQ option, to change this tekst and look:
As you can see, in the "edit faq" there is no "1maand" but the change I made to "alles" is already present. Even if I save it again and view it after the save, the text in the first screenshot, without the change is visible again.
So change is not saved in the public page, but is visible when using the "edit faq" option. Very odd.
Strangely enough, this is a faq about imap without ssl. I've made exactly the same for imap with ssl. There the change was saved after editting, going back in the editor and save it a second time.
