Hi everyone, I have problems to export tickets. When I go to export option, it can't be procesed, I can't see any errors, but this image appear and don't load. Anyone have the same problem?. Thank you in advance. I have osTicket (v1.14.1)

Your webserver appears to not be handling AJAX requests.
ntozier thank you for your reply. This is te information. When I try to export tickets, the page turn blank. I just installed spanish language pack.
A blank page usually means that there is a PHP error. Please consult your PHP error log and post any errors that you see here.

Hello KevinTheJedi I tried to put this code with On and Off option, but the result is the same, it continue with a blank page as image above. Although I 've instlled the Osticket from CPanel console again, but the result is the same. Can you help me with other solution, please?
Well the problem we're seeing is with the shared host's configurations/restrictions. You should install osTicket on a non-shared host (like a local VM etc.) and test it there. If it works then you know it’s something with the shared host's configurations and/or restrictions. If you confirm this is the case then you can contact your host to see what could be blocking/preventing the export.
KevinTheJedi, thank you for your reply, but it happens just to export tickets from the main panel, However, when I try to export form Users section, it works.
