I need to archive tickets as a file folder with a specified naming drawn from the ticket.
I need to include attachments from the ticket into the folder.
I would like to include a text file extract of all Ticket communications.

Background
osTicket has been in use since 2014 for tracking work in a student shop.
Drawings, files and operational discussion have been attached to the Ticket.
There are now 5000 tickets in the database and would like to reduce the number and the resulting size of the database which is approaching 8Gb.

I would like to export ticket data as a file folder with a specified naming convention (Ticket number, Subject, Department, From, Close Date) and include all attachments associated into this named folder.

Is this possible?
What are the hurdles?
I have some minor database skills and can run in a direction pointed.

I have reviewed the community plugin "Archiver" but it does not seem to be set up for v1.12
