How can I make autoresponder to send an email on the same mail thread?
Clients send mail from supposing Gmail they create a mail and send it to us.
Our osTicket send an autoresponder that your ticket is generated as a different email.
Is there a setting I can change to make it send on the same thread.
Autoresponder to be set to go on same email thread.
I'm not real sure what you mean.
If user 1 sends an email to the ticket system and it becomes a ticket they get an autoresponders saying that the ticket is open. Then if the user 1 responds to that email it updates their ticket thread.
