Osticket is hosted at 1and1.com
my Exchange Server is hosted at our internal data center
We have a self sligned SSL certificate on our Exchange Server
Issue:
We are trying to fetch incoming emails using secure IMAP with OS ticket. Here are the settings:
Host: mail.ournetwork.com
Port: 993
Protocol: IMAP
Encryption: SSL
When I try to save these settings in OS Ticket I get the error IMAP connection broken (server response)
If I turn off SSL and and change to port 143 , everything works fine.
So we are trying to connect from OSticket to our exchange server via IMAP SSL and it keeps failing. Any thoughts or advice from fellow users.
