I am having,
osTicket Version v1.10 (901e5ea)
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips mod_auth_gssapi/1.4.0 mod_nss/1.0.14 NSS/3.21 Basic ECC PHP/5.4.16 mod_wsgi/3.4 Python/2.7.5
MySQL Version 5.5.52
PHP Version 5.4.16

My Concern is, OSticket Statistics are not showing as expected. It Is not showing proper Service Time and Response Time.

Note: Same issue i have in Latest osTicket Version also.

    1.10 is end of life and has been for a while now. End of Life means that it is no longer supported or receiving security / maintenance patches. You should really upgrade.

    asit PHP Version 5.4.16

    1.10 worked best with PHP 5.6.
