Custom field on a thread level

Hello,

I am playing with osTicket and discover its option (latest version). It is easy to add custom field to ticket and as I can see it appears in table ost_ticket__cdata I also noticed that there is ost_thread_entry_cdata and logical conclusion is that it should hold thread custom fields. But, I could not figure it out how to add any custom field to thread not found anything in documentation.

Any help or suggestion would be appriciated.

ost_ticket__cdata and ost_thread_entry__cdata (and the other __cdata tables) are temporary tables that house data to speed up certain things. You would not want to alter them, as any changes you made to them would disappear when the tables are dropped and regenerated.
