Simple Upgrade

Dear Admin support,

Currently i work fine with osTicket (v1.12.2), since i know the new release already have many feature that i looking for, i want to upgrade.

I was customs many field, how to safe upgrade , so when i upgrade, my data and customes field not lost ?

Custom fields, forms, and lists are stored in the database. Upgrading should not have any effect on them.
