HI
I am using osticket in below environment. I want to setup alert of overdue ticket to respective department at every day morning 10 a.m, this alert will have all tickets in single Email with few other fields. This ticket No will have hyperlink so if requires, he can click on individual ticket and see the ticket in ticket agent portal.
Suggest if any existing solution or option we have in osTicket or we can write any script code and merge the same.
