I've been using osTicket for a while now, but I've been wanting to edit the text on the 'Open a new ticket' page and I cannot find a way how.

I want to edit this text is because I have a problem where users don't know about signing up for accounts (we make users enter a lot of contact info so accounts are best).
My solution was to add text, with a link to the contact information form "Click Here to create and account".

The issue with this is that text and link sticks around even when they're on the create account page because it's pulling the information from the same form, making it seem like they haven't changed to the create account page.
