I add an FAQ Article and want to embedd a Youtube Video. I click on the "Video" button and paste the copied link from Youtube (direkt url) into the popup. The Video is shown in the current edited Article. If i press "Save Changes" the Video vanishes. Can't figure out why. I can't find any help in the Manual. I don't have any Plugins Installed, just the German Language Pack and i am using the current stable Version of osTicket.
I Added the system.php if someone needs information from there. EDIT PS: I tried to use different ways like adding it as "embedd function" from Youtube.
It is official, i am dumb.... i Forgot to configure iFrame and Embedded Domain Whitelist... Sorry! After adding the values, its working.
