Due Date Error

I have added 3rd Saturday 5th Saturday but if I deleted it shows due date error. It gives due date from march. How this error occurs

I have added 1st Saturday,3rd Saturday,5th Saturday in Schedule, when we create ticket due date comes wrong.
Due date shows as a this month's first Saturday and if i delete this Saturday's from schedule still it shows wrong date.
And if i create schedule excluding this Saturday's then due date comes right.

How to resolve this issue.?
