Hello!
I installed osTicket and have followed the documentation to add new fields for the helpdesk.
I have added the fields to the "Form Fields fields available where this form is used" section under "Manage".
I have enabled the new fields and set for all users and agents to view.
I have saved changes.
However, the New Ticket page is exactly the same from the initial install. I've searched the documentation and the forums trying to understand the problem.
How do I customize the New Ticket form to include my custom fields?
