Unable to email via SMTP

Hello,

I added an email for sending email when a ticket is created, and when i test it i get the error :

Unable to email via SMTP : (srv).(domain).com:587 [svc.ticket] Failed to set sender:
svc.ticket@(domain).com [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 530, response: 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated)]
