Multiple attachments on internal note

Heya!

I've added Masino Sinaga's mod which makes us able to upload attachments on internal note.

Many users are requesting Multiple upload attachments on internal note.

Right now they have to make 1 internal note for each attachment, and sometimes they have 4-5 attachments to upload.

Is it possible to do that?

Unfortunately we won´t upgrade within a couple months.

No time to tweak the newest version atm. :(

So i'd really appreciate some help on this @ 1.6!

My first recommendation is always to upgrade to the latest version. Since you cannot /won't I recommend that you talk to the mod author Masino Sinaga for support with his mod. Although we try to support people as much as we can it usually falls to the authors of mods to support their own code.

Can't open Openscriptsolution.com

Hi Guys,

I try several times to open the site openscriptsolution.com.

but the site is asking for a username en password and I don't know them.

The site openscriptsolution.com is the only site who is presenting the mod to add multiple attachments for client-site in osticket v1.6 RC5.

Is there some reason why you wouldn't just upgrade to get that feature as it was added in 1.7.
