Hi, my user filled in a form with photo attachment, but i cannot find where is the folder? Can anyone help me? I tried to searched using ticket number and name of the attachment but failed. Please help me.

osTicket does not have an "Attachment" folder by default. It stores attachments in the database so...

I am new to ticketing system. Sorry if I don't understand. Database means my database or osticket database. We are handling some of the private document for our customers, certain attachments that they upload is confidential, so can i ask if the database safe or encrypted?

No the database is not encrypted. Well unless whoever setup your instance encrypted it and altered the code to interact with a encrypted database.
