Agents/Staff members were not abe to login

I logged in as a super user, went to the admin panel, and then to Agents tab, added an agent and setup his username and password.

But when I tried to login with that username and password, I get access denied.

I'm pretty sure that I've logged in the correct username and password that I set when I created the agent account because I can see it on the header being returned on the developers tool.

I can login though if I sign up, and then login not as an agent though.

When you try to log in as an Agent are you going to /scp or clicking on the "I'm an Agent - Sign in here"?

yes.. when I'm trying to log in as agent, I'm logging in on /scp/login.php. When you also click "I'm an agent — sign in here", it also redirect you to /scp/login.php

Double-check the user/password, maybe in the database to see if it saved.
Also, try a different browser, maybe cache issue

Actually, that is also my problem. I have no access on where this app is hosted as well as its database. Also, I've tried it also with firefox, clearing the cache, and even in incognito mode. Still the same.

I've never had a problem with this ever while using this product since 2009.

That's the only information I can get from the developers tool.

I'm not real sure that we would be able to help you then.

If you have no access to the machine then you cannot look at the php error logs, or tell us anything about your setup, so you will need to get access or have someone who does have access take a look and get the information.
