Where is the apache2 folder? No httpd service?

I've been using osticket for about a year. But today I rebooted the server and now the webpage won't load. I was poking around in the CLI (which I know little about) and I can't find any of the stuff that should be there.

There is no Apache2 folder and I can't find the httpd service in the init.d folder.

I'm using the prepackaged VM appliance so maybe they installed stuff in non-standard places? Can someone help me?

Also, I have no idea which version of osticket i'm using neither can I log into the website and find out because it's not working.

It's a web page (A collection of html, php files, etc), so it would be in whatever folder you (or the person who set it up) put it in.

We would have no way of knowing where it would be on your system.

In windows it would likely be /inetpub
In Linux it would likely be /var/www/
