I've started with the HTML template email mod, and taken it a little farther so that I've got an MCE running on replies so that users can use formatting functions, and reformatted the ticket page to show safe html.

Right now I am looking to change the incoming email to allow HTML email, but I'm not finding where it's only allowing text. Currently I'm just encapsulating the body of the incoming emails in a tag to maintain formatting, but this is just a holdover until I can work in full html emails. Can anyone point me to the correct lines of code where the text version of the email is being pulled?
