Hello, I am unable to import users using the CSV import function under Users -> Import. A forum search revealed that others have had this issue too, but I wasn't able to find a solve for my particular issue, which is pretty straightforward.
I have simplified my .csv file to contain only one entry (for testing purposes). Here's what it looks like:
Email,Name,Phone,Notes
george@somedomain.com,George Fitty,3105551212,test
When I attempt to import this .csv into osTicket, it throws an error that reads "Both name and email fields are required"
Any ideas what the issue may be?
