I'm facing an issue with custom logos in the latest version (1.14.1) of osTicket:
We were using a custom logo of our company for a few days, but all of a sudden it stopped displaying on both Client and Agent Sites. We haven't made any changes regarding the logo, it just suddenly doesn't display anymore, even in the logo settings (settings -> helpdesk ->Logos) it only shows a Text saying "Custom Logo", but not logo itself (see file attached).
The logo has the suggested size (817x170) and is a .png-file, so this shouldn't cause the problem. Also tried uploading as .jpg file, same issue.
Also I temporarily set full access permissions on the entire root folder of the osTicket installation to make sure it wasn't a permission problem, but this didn't solve the issue either...
We performed a clean installation of osTicket 1.14.1, no backups or anything were imported.

- Server: Windows Server 2016 with IIS 10.0
- MySQL-Version: 5.5.45
- PHP-Version: 7.4.1
- Installed Plugins: German language pack, LDAP and AD lookup plugin (not activated)
