1.14.x is not a real version number, it is a range. Are you running 1.14 or 1.14.1?

If you mouse over the gear to the right of the queue, and click edit.

Click the Columns tab.

What does your screen look like?

See the tick box at the top labelled Use standard columns? Try ticking it and click Save.

And did you do what I asked you to do?

Go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets
Click on the Queues tab.
Click on the Open (Abierto) Queue
Click on Columns tab
Locate Ticket, go to the right and click on the Config button.
Does it look like this?
