We want to schedule ticket using Osticket api.
We tried to call api in postman but it didn't gave any response.
There is need of api key or any steps we are missing.
Please help us how can we achieve this .

We tried above documentation and also we followed below steps in Postman(REST API ) :

  1. Added our ticket link
  2. Added ticket body as text
  3. Selected POST Method

Still reply is html design page(you can refer attached screenshot what we tried, what response we got.)

We missed something or we missed some steps..??

Please let us know what we need to change.

You appear to be redirecting the web request to a site and not your own custom thank you page.
My guess is that it is not displaying the sites css files.
