I have looked for ages to find the answer. I have osTicket on my Synology NAS and works well from internal network. How can I get access for people outside? I have Synology DDNS which is working and tried to forward ports, but nothing seems to happen. This is not my area of expertise; can someone give me a step by step guide what I need to do to access from both internal and external networks? Thanks!

You would probably want to talk to Synology support about how to make your web page(s) on your synology accessible from outside your network.

You would need a domain or host name, to setup DNS for that, and then you would need to configure your webserver to answer requests to that IP/domain/host name.
