My goal is to keep evidence of the transferred ticket were I check the referral checkbox.
As an example, when I transfer a ticket to our 2nd support level and they close it, I can give an answer to the clients.
Look at me as a First Level Support employee
In which way we can have this info on my dashboard?
different row color for the referral tickets in the open queue?
Maybe a queue with referred tickets?
A column with info that says that this ticket is a referral?
Any suggestion will be really appreciated
