UI of Create Ticket

Hi all,

I realized that the create ticket UI looks different for agents and for users, especially if you use custom fields. The UI for agents uses a table with two columns and has border around each row. This looks a lot cleaner.. It would be nice, if those two UIs would be similar.

Hi Bowtail , you can change the UI borders as you want by making some changes/modification in CSS files. If your are looking for responsive and clean design of client area by looking this thread. 😀
