fetching email not work

Hello,
I have osticket v1.14.1 stable installed on CentOS 7 with configuration :

php 5.6.40,
MariaDB 10.4.11 stable,
SeLinux set to permissive,
chown -R apache:apache support
ports 25 and 993 and 587 are opened
imap and less secure app enabled on my gmail (i can send email perfectely)
i tested with outlook also does not work (imap enabled, my outlook is verified with number phone)

every thing work fine except fetching mail. can you help me please.

Have you scheduled polling?

I fix the probleme by enbaling Fetch on auto-cron, in the videos it works without enable this feature that way i was blocked.

You only want to use "Fetch on Auto-cron" if you cannot setup a scheduled polling.
