Cant Export more than 500 tickets at a time

I was hoping to export our entire history to CVS. Is that asking too much of the system? I can go back as far as 2017 if I limit the search criteria to my own. That makes sense as that is when we spun this up. However, If I try to do that for all tickets, I cap out at 500 which puts us at November of last year.

PHP has a maximum timer that you can execute a script for. Maybe you are hitting that threshold. You would be able to consult your PHP error logs to find out. Might also want to take a look at your MySQL slow query logs too.
