When you create the User account and Register you should see a Authentication Sources option. Create a new User account and when you go to Register, set the Authentication Sources option to Active Directory or LDAP and retest the User account. I would assume that it's not attempting to use the LDAP backend for auth.

i have selected active Directory or LDAP when i have registered a new user and that not work, i have verified in the user_account table in the database.

Well at this point you will need to configure LDAP Debug Logs and see if it’s attempting auth for Users, etc.

Did you solved???? LDAP autentication for users seems have problems it works only for Agent. I spent more time in reading and trying solution, but with no success. I am looking for another valid alternative
