Email fetching not working after upgrade to 1.14

Hey guys!

I recently updated to 1.14. without any problem.
But Email-fetching is not working anymore. Cron-job was not modified and is executed on schedule without any error.

The first email in Inbox folder is marked as read after executing the cron-job, but that's all what happen.

Does anyone have an idea where to look for any error?

Environment details? (webserver? ver of php?)
Version of osTicket?
Have you tried to re-enter the account credentials?

I'm sorry, here's the information about enviroment:

Yes, I already tried to re-enter account credentials.
I tried to restore previous version (1.12) from Backup and this one works normally.

Is it possible that something went wrong during the update?

We would have no idea unless you provide any related errors via Apache error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL error logs, osTicket System Logs, and Browser Console logs.

Hi guys ! i got the same issue !
After upgrade to 1.14, the cron job for fetching email (that was correctly setup before) is not working anymore.
It seems to be a Osticket Bug.
Can you check it ?

if i restore previous version 1.12 it works fine.

What is the mechanism that osTicket uses to handle the polling? I have the same issue with a fresh install. Is it a cron job that isn't set up? A service that isn't running? I have no idea where to look at troubleshooting this issue.
