in place of priority and assign want customize with state and department for search option
Go to Admin panel - Settings -> Tickets -> Queues You can add and remove columns there.
There we have only option for open closed and my tickets only ,i didn't it get for search
Oh search.
Click Advanced Search. Cick the Columns tab. see "Add a Column"
i have added but still i am getting priority and assign in search option instead of status and department
where as in open ,closed and mytickets also when i search with id and name getting same .

The Advanced Search Popup should not show Columns to add/modify as you cannot modify an Advanced Search's columns unless you Save the Search first. So if you want to add/modify a Search's columns, you must save it first.
