I've enabled SSL on the server (ie I can navigate to https://osticket.domain.com and it works), but the option in the GUI to force HTTPS is missing. I see it here in the docs, but not in my instance. Is there another setting in apache or one of the php files I need to modify?

You would set that up at the webserver level. Either via a .htaccess or your site config.
ntozier I would setup the GUI enable option? Or the HTTPS redirect? I mean I guess I can do the redirect in the VirtualHost, but it seems odd I'd have to do that given in the docs for OSTicket a GUI option is shown, no?

Oops, I guess I merged the docs before the code was released...my bad lol It's coming in v1.14.2, stay tuned.
Cheers.
By the way, this feature is only meant for people who can't or don't know how to configure HTTPS redirect via webserver/proxy. If you know how to redirect via webserver, it's best to do that instead.
